Job description

Join Our Team as a Skilled Butcher at Two Creek Farms LLC!

Are you passionate about the art of butchery and looking to bring your skills to a dedicated and professional team? Two Creek Farms LLC, located in Union Grove, WI, is seeking a skilled butcher to join our team. If you have experience cutting beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and working with primals, subprimals, or whole carcass cuts, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As a butcher at Two Creek Farms LLC, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality cuts and products to our customers. Your responsibilities will include: - Cutting and preparing beef, pork, lamb, and poultry with precision and care. - Handling primals, subprimals, and whole carcass cuts. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to meet food safety standards. - Collaborating with the team to ensure efficiency and quality in all processes. - Upholding the standards of a state or USDA-inspected facility (experience in such facilities is a plus!).

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with: - At least 1 year of butchery experience, particularly in cutting various meats and working with whole carcass cuts. - Familiarity with state or USDA-inspected facilities (preferred but not required). - A strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - A passion for the craft of butchery and a willingness to contribute to our team’s success.
