Lead Spa Receptionist

Lead a team of professionals to be the welcoming faces of our sanctuary. You will orchestrate the luxury wellness experience, setting a tone and standard of pure relaxation and unparalleled hospitality from the moment our guests arrive. All employees receive perks of $50 rooms at any of our properties, and discount rates at our spa, restaurant, and retail.

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, one of Montana's AAA Four Diamond resorts, is seeking a Lead Spa Receptionist to work with our Spa team. $22 hourly.

The Lodge at Whitefish Lake, an Averill Hospitality Resort, is Montana's premier lakefront, leisure and outdoor activity destination. The Lodge is a 4-star hotel located only 5 minutes from downtown Whitefish and 10 minutes from Whitefish Ski Resort. Our customer experience focuses on authentic Montana hospitality that creates lasting memories. The Hotel is one of several family-owned businesses under Averill Hospitality.

Principle Responsibilities and Position Purpose

As a Spa Receptionist, you will orchestrate a luxury relaxation experience and outstanding customer service. Your duties include greeting guests/visitors, checking them in and out of spa, processing payments, making reservations for spa, and answering inquiries. The receptionist is also responsible for retail center and sales.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • Accurate, courteous, and efficient check-in and check-out of spa guests.
  • Process all payments according to established hotel requirements.
  • Provide information for guests and visitors about our spa and hotel's amenities.
  • Schedule spa reservations.
  • Tracking of retail (commission structure/incentives).
  • Restocking and inventory of retail.
  • Assistance to the Spa Director.
  • Monitor basic cleanliness of spa.
  • Close retail sales and make changes accurately when needed.
  • Serve complimentary beverages to guests.

  • Effort to adapt and problem-solve unexpected changes.

  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
