Summary Description: Reporting to the Store Manager, this position is responsible for the management of the Ski / Snowboard Rental Department including staff supervision, training and inventory control to achieve the maximum profitability while providing the best-in-class guest service.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintain the high-standard for guest service through personal behavior and leadership
  • Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and industry trends
  • Ensure staff members are trained and knowledgeable with proper binding DIN setting practices
  • Ensure staff members are trained and knowledgeable with regard to proper boot fitting
  • Ensure pricing is accurate and current, including any promotions
  • Maintain store cleanliness standards
  • Assist the store manager in monitoring and controlling the payroll budget
  • Assist store manager in hiring, training, coaching, leading and maintaining a high-quality staff
  • Assist store manager in administering company policies and procedures
  • Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques
  • Prepare, distribute and maintain company-required documentation
  • Open and close store as required in absence of manager
  • Other duties as may be assigned

  • Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
  • Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
