Job description

Our Company
Medicine is evolving faster than ever, and so is the way clinicians learn. At Sketchy, we partner with institutions, health systems, and learners to expand access to high-quality clinical education that prepares clinicians for what's next.
Our mission is to help clinicians build the readiness and agility needed to deliver better decisions, stronger patient connections, and higher-quality care in a world shaped by AI and precision medicine.
We're reimagining how clinical reasoning, communication, and other core competencies are developed, empowering every learner to adapt, grow, and lead in the future of healthcare.
Position Summary
Sketchy is looking for a versatile Senior Growth Marketing Manager (B2C) who thrives in the pace and ambiguity of startup life. This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role that sits at the center of growth, product, and community.
You will own B2C growth initiatives across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, ambassador programs, organic channels, and events. From paid media to campus activations to referral loops, you'll operate across multiple channels-focusing on what matters most at each stage of growth.
This role requires both strategy and execution. You'll develop differentiated messaging for distinct learner segments (medical students, nurse practitioner students, and physician assistant students), translate product features into meaningful value propositions, and build sustainable growth engines on a startup budget.
You'll be deeply embedded in our product and user community. Product fluency and authentic connection to student needs are critical-everything we do must be rooted in real product value and genuine student impact.
Sketchy is hiring remote employees in these select US states: California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, and Washington!

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google (with room to test new platforms).
  • Own budget allocation with clear CAC and ROAS accountability; make data-driven reallocation decisions.

Messaging & Creative
  • Develop differentiated positioning for med, NP, and PA students.
  • Translate product features into high-converting value propositions across ads, landing pages, and lead-gen assets.

Lead Nurture & Funnel Optimization
  • Partner with lifecycle/CRM to ensure demand captured at the top of the funnel converts.
  • Identify and address drop-off points across the acquisition funnel..

Events & Growth Experiments
  • Execute student-facing events and conference activations.
  • Build and test scalable programs, including ambassador initiatives, influencer partnerships, referrals, and organic growth tactics.

Analytics & Optimization
  • Own demand gen reporting: track volume, quality, and cost of new trial starts and subscribers across all channels.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with product and content teams to align messaging and share user insights.
  • Manage vendors and agency relationships; communicate results clearly across teams.

What We're Looking For
  • 5-8 years of marketing experience with a heavy focus on growth marketing, demand generation or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record managing paid media budgets ($50K-$300K annually) with measurable ROI.
  • Strong grasp of full-funnel demand gen: paid acquisition, conversion optimization, referral/ambassador programs, and lead nurture.
  • Experience with lifecycle/email marketing and marketing automation.
  • Experience marketing to niche B2C audiences (students, professionals in training, or tight-knit communities preferred).
  • Strong product intuition and experience partnering closely with product teams.
  • Ability to develop segment-specific messaging that converts
  • Strong analytical skills; fluent in Google Analytics, funnel metrics, and evaluating CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills across performance formats (ads, emails, landing pages).
  • Self-starter mentality with strong ownership and comfort building programs and processes from scratch.
  • Thrives in ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment.

Bonus Points
  • Background in edtech, healthcare, or student-focused products.
