Job description

“This job is a civilian position and does not require military service (including commission and enlistment)”

Duties and Responsibilities

Performs and/or assists with the operation of the recreational ice skating, learn to skate, hockey tournaments, maintaining appearance of lobby and office, monitor’s ice skaters and coach’s, and completes accident reports. Responsible for collecting fees from customers and prepares daily paperwork associated with all programs. Reports directly to the Ice rink manager and may be required to perform other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Practical knowledge of figure skating and/or hockey, rules and procedures is required. Applicant must be able to ice skate. Must exercise tact, diplomacy and courtesy when dealing with customers and co-workers. Ensures customer needs are addressed in a timely matter. Ability to work independently as required. Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs. National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) and a Local File Check (LFC) are required.
