Job description

Setting up and running a variety of Paint Line Processes, Tube Bending Machines, Presses and ancillary operations.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Daily operation of tube bending equipment, press, lasers or robot operations
  • The ability to perform all the following processes:
    • Paint Line
    • Cutstamp
    • Deburr machine
    • Saws- Eisele Sale and Band Saws
    • Sizer
    • Flat Bar
    • Upright Presses
    • Slotters
  • Operate assigned machines to produce finished product in a final assembly
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools and other special equipment within department
  • Cleanings and inspecting of all parts
  • Complete proper paperwork per station
  • Keep work area safe and clean (5S- Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
  • Utilize the common approach to continuous improvement
  • Other jobs as assigned.
