Job description

6 Hour Special Assignment ParaEducator needed at the Walter C. Polson School (Grades 6-8)ย to assist teachers in general daily classroom activities and to support student(s) with identified special needs.ย 
Work Schedule:ย 6ย hours per day / 185ย days per year (follows the student school calendar plus 3ย professional development days in August)
Salary: $18.22 / hour
Benefits: Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Matching Funds for Pension
Leave Benefits:ย  Paid sick and personal leave
Requirements:ย At least two (2) years of college credit or completion of Para Pathways Assessment (http://www.ets.org/parapro).ย ย
