Job Summary:
This role seeks a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer to develop and manage critical platform services for secure, high-compliance government environments. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions, enhancing automation, and ensuring the reliability and security of our platform. The ideal candidate will independently drive complex projects and mentor less experienced engineers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Construct and secure platform services for FedRAMP High and IL5 environments.
2. Automate federal promotion workflows for auditable and efficient deployments.
3. Develop safe rollout strategies with validation and rollback mechanisms.
4. Create standardized platform patterns for streamlined service onboarding.
5. Collaborate with other teams to unblock federal build-outs and ensure platform adoption.
Must-Have Skills:
1. Proven experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms like AWS.
2. Strong proficiency in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.
3. Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Industry Experience:
Experience working with regulated environments such as FedRAMP or DoD is highly preferred.
