  • Lead Multi-Site Operations: Direct all regional service lines, ensuring consistency, safety compliance, and high-quality facility execution.
  • Monthly overnight travel required to Portland, ME, and Columbia, SC, plus additional travel throughout the East Coast region. 

  • Coach & Develop Teams: Supervise, mentor, and build a high-performing distributed team of 6 Managers across multiple states.
  • Manage Financial Performance: Maintain full accountability for regional budgets, labor efficiency, vendor service contracts, and P&L targets.
  • Champion Client Success: Serve as the senior client-facing executive for multi-location accounts, managing proactive relationships through required monthly travel to Columbia, SC, and Portland, ME.
What You Bring To The Team / Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience as a Regional Operations Director, Regional Facilities Manager, or multi-site facility service leader.
  • 8+ years of Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) leadership experience; experience managing multi-site operations across maintenance, janitorial, and landscaping service lines.
  • Proven track record of managing supervisors, account managers, or remote, distributed workforces.
  • Strong financial acumen with direct experience handling regional budgets and vendor contract oversight.
  • Ability to travel frequently across a multi-state region, including required monthly overnight stays.
