  • Ensure assigned personnel meet applicable training, qualification, and compliance requirements before assuming duties.
  • Maintain accountability for site-issued equipment, materials, and operational resources.
  • Maintain accurate training records, operational logs, incident documentation, and required personnel records.
  • Monitor day-to-day site performance, reinforce post standards, and address operational issues promptly.
  • Support internal, customer, and third-party audits, inspections, and compliance reviews through audit-ready documentation and procedural adherence.
  • Ensure personnel readiness, operational continuity, and consistent service delivery in a 24/7 security environment.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required.
  • U.S. Citizenship required; must provide a valid U.S. Passport Book or Passport Card.
  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in security operations, guard force operations, or other high-security environments.
  • Experience supporting compliance-driven operations, audits, inspections, or operational readiness activities.
  • Strong customer service, professionalism, and judgment in a cleared, customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interpret and enforce procedures, post orders, and security requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related reporting, scheduling, incident documentation, or access-control support systems used in daily operations.
  • Ability to support a 24/7 operation, including responsiveness during evenings, weekends, emergencies, and after-hours events.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting critical infrastructure, secure facilities, or other mission-driven environments requiring strict procedural compliance.
