We're committed to enhancing the associate experience at GEICO, and we're looking for a Manager, Site Operations and Workplace Experience to support our delivery. As the Manager,you'll deliver critical projects to improve the associate experience while overseeing the day-to-day governance and operations of the office. You'll develop business relationships at all levels of the company, creating partnerships with various departments to improve associate and community engagement across the office.

You will:

  • Serve as a visible, accountable, and approachable site manager who actively supports engagement priorities and translates those priorities into a strong associate experience.
  • Support the execution of the site listening strategy established by the Location Leader and key stakeholders through the administration of surveys, collection of feedback, coordination of focus groups, and compilation of insights for review.
  • Support the execution of community engagement initiatives by coordinating activities with community partners, schools, nonprofit organizations, and vendors identified through approved site and enterprise engagement strategies.
  • Deliver enhanced associate experiences through onsite activations such as holidays luncheons, conferences, Community, Belonging and Engagement events, and other initiatives.
  • Advocate for the various facility and security needs of the office, working as a liaison with IT, Facilities and security to ensure associates have proper equipment, furniture, food services, etc.
  • Execute communication plans and communication cadence established by the Location Leader and other partners.
  • Lead with clarity, consistency, professionalism, urgency, and care in how work is planned, communicated, and executed.
  • Manage budgeting and data analysis to identify issues at our sites and crafting viable solutions to diagnosis them.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Experience in Hospitality, guest experience, or workplace experience
  • Experience with communications and emergency response helpful
  • Relevant associate engagement experience
  • Project management experience and strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills

In office Requirement 4-5 days a week
