About the Role

InnoActive Group is seeking a proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our growing team. This is an on-site position based in San Francisco, with a minimum of three days per week required in the office.


This is a dynamic, hands-on role that will provide exposure to multiple areas of the business, including operations, human resources, accounting, marketing, recruiting, and general administration. We’re looking for someone who is adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable shifting between priorities in a fast-paced environment.


The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive attitude who enjoys being part of a collaborative team and is willing to jump in wherever support is needed.


Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business and administrative operations

• Assist with HR-related coordination, documentation, and employee support

• Provide administrative support for recruiting and hiring activities

• Assist with basic accounting and financial administrative tasks

• Support marketing initiatives and company communications

• Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and internal files

• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and other team logistics as needed

• Assist with data entry, reporting, and general recordkeeping

• Help maintain organized internal systems and processes

• Assist with HR-related coordination, documentation, compliance, and employee support

• Support special projects and changing business needs across departments

• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and overall efficiency

• Collaborate with team members across the organization and step in where additional support is needed


What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software and systems

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently

• Team player with a positive, flexible attitude

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change

• Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information professionally

• Local to the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work on-site a minimum of three days per week


Nice to Have

• Experience with Canva

• Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint

• Previous experience supporting operations, HR, recruiting, accounting, marketing, or administrative functions

• Experience working at start-up or fast-paced professional services environment
