Job description

Description
The Site Operations Specialist role supports daily coordination with warehouse vendors, with a strong focus on e-commerce B2C order execution, monitoring, and operational reporting. This role ensures orders move accurately and on time while maintaining visibility into warehouse performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Order Execution & Monitoring (B2B+B2C)
  • Monitor daily order fulfillment status, including released, picked, packed, shipped, and backordered orders
  • Track warehouse backlog, carrier cutoffs, and shipment delays
  • Coordinate with warehouse vendors to resolve execution issues in real time
  • Support returns (RMA) processing and status tracking

Vendor Coordination & Issue Resolution
  • Communicate daily priorities and volume updates to warehouse vendors
  • Investigate shipment delays, order errors, damages, and inventory discrepancies
  • Escalate recurring or high-risk issues to the Senior Warehouse Vendor Supervisor
  • Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and exception summaries

Inventory Reconciliation & physical validated Support
  • Create Inventory Reconciliation Report and Support cycle counts, inventory checks, and discrepancies follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
  • Assist with process changes, system updates, and warehouse transition activities

Required Qualification:
Years of Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent degree and 4 years of relevant business experience OR High School diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant business experience; in logistics, supply chain management, and/or project management

Work Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in logistics environment and project management
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and WMS systems
  • Solid understanding of bonded warehouse regulations, inventory control, and compliance requirements
  • Experience working with WMS, ERP, or Inventory management systems

Knowledge and Skills
The specific minimum competencies required for job performance.
  • Expert in vendor management of 3PL to ensure KPI's are achieved
  • Proactive and have the ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
  • Work well with cross functional teams
  • Strong ownership and organization skills
  • Proven skills with MS Visio and MS Excel in order to successfully execute projects
  • Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required
  • Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining strong partnering relationships with internal and external customers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in logistics and supply chain management
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work
  • Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Model leadership behaviors supporting integrity, valuing diversity, innovation, building relationships, customer focus and teamwork
  • Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software and web-based applications.
  • Verbal and written communication skills are necessary to explain complex and/or confidential information.

  • Requires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of time
  • 5% Domestic Travel

$71,000 to $85,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fontana/Lynwood/Carson/City of Industry, California. The final amount will be determined based on qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
