  • Oversee the execution of major seasonal campaigns and category launches, ensuring cohesive storytelling and premium product presentation across the site and translates business priorities into compelling onsite experiences to inspire discovery and support conversion goals.

Analytics & Performance Management

  • Monitor key KPIs including traffic, conversion funnel, product finding behavior, and basket building.

Customer Experience & Optimization

  • Champion a seamless, intuitive, and inspiring digital customer journey that reflects the brand vision while reducing customer friction.
  • Partner with UX, Product, and Marketing teams to influence digital enhancements and prioritize initiatives that improve customer engagement and business performance.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Lead, coach, and develop an Associate Site Merchandising Manager while providing guidance and mentorship to an Assistant Site Merchandiser.
  • Represent the DTC/eCommerce customer experience in cross-functional meetings, assortment reviews, and strategic planning discussions.

  • Build strong relationships across Merchandising, Planning, Inventory Management, Marketing, Creative, Analytics, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution.

Criteria

  • 6+ years of eCommerce merchandising experience required.

  • 2+ years of people management experience with demonstrated success developing high-performing teams.

  • Strong experience managing large-scale category businesses and seasonal campaigns within a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Deep understanding of site merchandising strategy, customer journey optimization, and digital storytelling.

  • Advanced analytical skills with experience using web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics/SiteCatalyst.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance brand storytelling and commercial performance.
