What you'll do

Manage large-scale, multi-phase civil site development projects for mission critical clients
Prepare and oversee the development of construction drawings for site grading, water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure
Lead project teams to deliver design solutions that meet scope, schedule, and quality objectives
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal multidisciplinary teams
Participate in client meetings and provide technical guidance and project updates
Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to support design development and project execution
Monitor project performance including scope, schedule, and budget
Support proposal development and contribute to project planning efforts

What you bring

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
6+ years of experience in civil engineering design
Experience producing site design plans for large-scale, multi-phase projects
Strong understanding of civil site development including grading and utility infrastructure
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-facing focus
Strong leadership abilities and experience working within project teams
Understanding of business metrics for project success
Proven ability to manage multiple assignments and appropriately prioritize workflow
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
