Job description

Community Association Management Professionals (CAMP) is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly person, to work full time in the on-site office of a large upscale condominium association. Candidates must have professional communication skills! Responsibilities include letter and email composition, some evening meeting attendance/management, staff and contractor oversight, as well as various other administrative and management tasks. Candidates must be physically capable of performing site inspections (indoors and outdoors), requiring walking and documenting observations for follow-up. This community’s site staff team works in a fast-paced environment, and a calm demeanor and organized work habits are essential for success. Industry credentials (CAI) are a plus, but community management or related experience is paramount. Work hours will be 8:30 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.
