Key Responsibilities
  • SIPP Review and Approval
  • Review SIPP submissions related to tool install and de install scope

  • Confirm documentation accuracy and internal consistency
  • Ensure correct panels, circuits, and tools are identified for shutdown activities
  • Validate shutdown details against system databases such as equipment and circuit records
  • Apply electrical safety principles when reviewing work plans
  • Identify potential electrical hazards through documentation review
  • Ensure proper isolation of electrical hazards is reflected in SIPPs
  • Follow established electrical safety practices and training standards
  • Coordinate with operations and system owners during the review and approval process
  • Utilize centralized distribution tools such as shared inboxes for SIPP approvals
  • Engage with contractors and internal stakeholders to resolve documentation gaps
  • Participate in training sessions and transition support activities
  • Strong Attention to detail
  • Ability to verify technical documentation against established standards
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work across multiple stakeholders in operations and safety teams
  • Willingness to learn site specific electrical systems and procedures
  • Familiarity with electrical safety concepts and hazard identification
