Structural Steel Welder

Sioux Falls, SD | Full-Time, Day Shift

The Schedule

Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Friday 6:00 AM to 3:20 PM (49 hours per week)

What You’ll Do
  • Weld structural steel components including beams, columns, and assemblies to project specifications and industry standards.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to select the proper welding techniques and materials.

  • Operate, set up, and maintain welding equipment while following all safety guidelines.

  • Inspect and test completed welds to verify strength, quality, and code compliance.

  • Maintain accurate records including weld logs, certifications, and reports.

  • Work alongside fabricators, fitters, and project leads in a productive shop environment.

What We’re Looking For
  • About 1 year of welding experience helps, but all skill levels are welcome – if you are willing to learn, we want to talk.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

  • A commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

  • Must pass a background check and shop physical.
