The Business Unit Senior SIOP Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process for the FinFans Business Unit, ensuring alignment across commercial, operations, supply chain, engineering, and finance functions. This role drives integrated business planning, operational execution, inventory optimization, and strategic decision-making to support sustainable growth, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and profitability.
As the business leader for SIOP, this position serves as the critical link between the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and execution, translating business objectives into actionable demand, supply, capacity, inventory, and resource plans. The Senior SIOP Manager provides visibility to risks and opportunities, leads executive planning reviews, and develops mitigation strategies to ensure business commitments are achieved.
This role also champions continuous improvement, supply chain readiness, and digital planning capabilities while building and developing a high-performing planning organization focused on collaboration, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.

What Will You Do?
  • Strategic SIOP Leadership: Own and lead the end-to-end SIOP process, ensuring alignment of demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial objectives. Translate business strategy and growth plans into executable operational plans. Facilitate executive SIOP reviews, providing clear recommendations on risks, opportunities, and strategies.
  • Integrated Business Planning & Performance Management: Monitor and improve key supply chain metrics including On-Time Delivery (OTD), inventory turns, lead times, forecast accuracy, service levels, and shortages. Establish performance targets and lead initiatives to drive operational excellence and business results. Develop executive-level dashboards and reports highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Organization Leadership & Talent Development: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of demand planners, production planners, and SIOP professionals. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus. Provide functional leadership across planning organizations and network planning teams. Support succession planning, capability development, and organizational growth.
  • Digital Transformation & Analytics: Lead the development and execution of the supply chain digital roadmap. Maximize utilization of planning systems and digital platforms (e.g., ERP, JD Edwards, Power BI, Excel, power point) to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making. Ensure deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of end-to-end planning technologies.
  • Supply Chain Readiness & Risk Management: Ensure operational readiness to support project launches, growth initiatives, and changing market demands. Monitor end-to-end supply chain performance and proactively identify emerging risks. Drive resilience, continuity planning, and rapid problem-solving across the supply chain.
