About the role
This is an on-call position, ideal for those looking for flexible work without a set schedule. You'll be notified typically 24-48 hours in advance when a shift is available, allowing you to balance this job with other commitments. If you are free to come in for 4+ hours of an open shift, you'll let us know and we'll schedule you! Our core business hours are Monday through Friday between 8am-4pm (and we occasionally offer a Saturday shift).
Casual Warehouse Workers are responsible for assisting the warehouse team with the efficient and accurate fulfillment of orders. This includes assembling boxes and bundles of order (i.e. kitting orders), completing bulk printed orders of singles, and other fulfillment tasks in accordance with our standard operating procedures. Casual Warehouse Workers work with the Fulfillment Manager, Inventory Supervisor and Packer Specialists to complete assigned tasks.
What you'll do while you're here
  • Pack and label orders following appropriate company procedures;
  • Prepare products for shipment, including mug rolling and box building;
  • Ensure packing stations are kept neat, orderly, and trash emptied daily;
  • Adhere to inventory control procedures to prevent the loss of product through damage, aging, or theft;
  • Perform work activities in accordance with our Safety Policy and Procedures;
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Entry level;
  • Ability to follow directions and safety procedures;
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships;
  • Ability to communicate effectively;
  • Requires bending, stretching, twisting, stooping, carrying, lifting, and reaching above the shoulder with up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to work under variable temperatures and noise levels
  • Ability to work with fragrant products (including coffee, soap, tea and eco-friendly cleaning supplies)
  • Attention to detail.
