Job description

Who we are
NOVATCG is a Pokémon-focused trading card company that streams live on Whatnot. We're young, growing fast, and run a tight-knit team where everyone pitches in on everything.
Your day is a mix of helping the team run smoothly and getting orders out the door:
Pack and ship orders — singles, slabs, sealed product
Help set up and run live streams (cameras, lighting, product staging)
Sort cards and organize inventory
Do data entry for shows and customer service
Pitch in on whatever's needed that day — we're small team, so everyone wears a few hats
Who we're looking for
Someone who wants to learn the business, not just clock in and clock out
Curious, proactive, and comfortable figuring things out without being micromanaged
Detail-oriented (shipping the wrong card to the wrong person is a bad day for everyone)
Solid communicator — you'll be working closely with a small team
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift
You do NOT need:
Pokémon or TCG knowledge (enthusiasm and willingness to learn is enough)
Prior shipping or fulfillment experience
A college degree
You get to be around the hobby all day — cards, streams, the whole world
Real growth opportunities as the company grows
Small team means your input gets heard and tested
Schedule: Full-time or part-time, in-person at our Miramar location. You'll need reliable transportation to 33025.
Sound like you? Apply and tell us a little about what draws you to the role — we read every application.
