Job Title: Service Engineer 
Date: 7/24/2026 
Location: Rochester, NY 
Job Description: 
We are part of the world wide GH Group in Rochester, New York that supplies integrated induction heating systems worldwide. Our core focus in the integration of induction into oxygen free environments (vacuum, inert, and reducing).  We are looking for an Electrical Technician with the ability to trouble AC/DC circuits, understand relay logic, can read and understand electrical schematics and is good with math.  Responsibilities include reading electrical schematics, electrical hardware specification, controls/interface programming, and communicating with both customers and vendors. Individual needs to be a motivated team player with excellent problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
Responsibilities 
·         Trouble shoot new equipment in test, I/O checks 
·         Develop the understanding of the equipment to support process development 
·         Develop the ability to work with PLCs 
·         Support the build team as needed 
·         Be willing to travel to customer sites, USA, Western Europe, and Singapore.  Travel time on the road is approximately 20%. 
·         Be comfortable communicating with internal staff and customers 
Requirements: 
·         Strong understanding of electrical circuits 
·         Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem solving skills 
·         Proficient in Microsoft suite of products 
·         Willing to travel when/where required. 
Desired Knowledge/Skills: 
·         Experience working with PLC from various manufactures such as Allen-Bradly, GE, Wonderware, etc. 
·         Education or military training of electrical circuits and electronics 
·         General understanding of industrial equipment operations. 
·         3 years’ work experience in Electrical/Controls of industrial systems 
·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
·         Experience with documenting designs, using computer aided design systems, for electrical or mechanical.
