Job description

Process Engineer – $80,000 to $90,000 + Stability

Experience Required for

Join a manufacturing leader focused on innovation, process optimization, and continuous improvement. This role centers on enhancing manufacturing systems, improving productivity, and driving safety and measurable quality consistency. You’ll apply engineering science and hands-on problem-solving to develop efficient, sustainable, and compliant production processes within a collaborative, data-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
Lead process improvement and process design initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Analyze data and apply root cause analysis to identify production bottlenecks and implement cost reduction and productivity improvement strategies. Provide technical support in troubleshooting, process simulation, and optimization of manufacturing systems, equipment, and tooling. Oversee process trials, evaluate materials performance and ensure consistent product quality across forming, pressing, and finishing operations. Support safety and environmental compliance through risk assessment, hazard identification, and adherence to all relevant environmental regulations. Collaborate cross-functionally with production, planning, maintenance, and quality teams using modern process control systems for design and process analysis.

Qualifications:
1. US Citizenship (or current Green Card),

2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred

3. A minimum of three years Professional experience in Process or Manufacturing Engineering. Proven capability in process troubleshooting, data analysis, and project management within complex manufacturing environments.

4. Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, process simulation software, and recovery and utilities (R&U) operations is preferred.

5. Strong communication and leadership skills required to coordinate across departments and ensure continuous improvement in quality, safety, and efficiency.
