We are seeking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our FSW/Sim Integration team that develops Sim Software and provides support to the integration team in integration and test of flight software and Sim products in Hardware in the loop.
Core Responsibilities
Maintain and develop simulation software
Drive enhancements to end to end test scripts
Work closely with Navigation, Guidance & Control, Flight Software development, and HWIL teams to ensure compliance with integration standards and test procedures.
Understand and operate the Hardware In the Loop Testbed, including configurations, tools, and processes.
Collaborate with engineering groups to resolve technical problems, communicate status, and maintain documentation.
Uphold rigorous standards and processes through strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Success Factors
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Diagnose and resolve software configuration or baseline issues during integration and installation phases.
Review problem reports and enhancement requests to assess impacts on testing and regression plans.
