Job description

TEE TIME @ PGN is a golf-driven entertainment venue located adjacent to Hickory Hills Country Club. Featuring a full bar, golf simulators, TopTracer driving range, and 36 holes of mini golf, the venue is entering its next phase of strategic growth.

We are seeking a strong hospitality operator to lead this revenue center with full operational accountability.

This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the Regional General Manager and ownership. The ideal candidate brings an ownership mindset while operating within a structured, performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day operations

  • Drive revenue growth across all components

  • Present growth initiatives to Regional GM and ownership for approval and execution

  • Manage labor, inventory, and cost control

  • Hire and develop team members

  • Maintain guest experience standards

  • Own financial reporting and performance results

Qualifications
  • 5+ years hospitality leadership experience
