Job description

SIMOS Solutions is hiring a Sr. Maintenance Specialist! Earn $23.13/hour working Monday thru Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM. In this role, you'll lead maintenance operations, support safety initiatives, coordinate preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues. Candidates should have leadership experience and strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Job Responsibilities

1 year maintenance supervising department experience -Minimum Qualifications Required

Leadership & Communication

  • Lead and support the maintenance team while promoting safety, professionalism, and accountability.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance, work orders, and inventory are managed and documented through FMX.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform root cause analysis, and help reduce downtime.
  • Maintain and improve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems while supporting equipment installations and facility projects.
  • Coordinate with production teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure efficient operations and continuous improvement.

  • Flexibility to work in either a hot or cold work environment

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $23.13 - $23.13 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
