Job description


BAE Systems is seeking a Modeling and Simulations (M&S) Software Developer to support our government customer in a mission critical role related to modeling and simulations. The M&S Software Developer develops, maintains, and enhances complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems) based upon documented requirements.
Required Skills and Education
  • Must be a US citizen and possess a Secret level clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field, and minimum of 4 years work experience or equivalent experience
  • Modeling and simulations experience
  • Software development in high level language (C++)
  • Software engineering processes, methodologies, and tools
  • Software testing, validation, and verification activities
  • Collaborate with Systems, CM, and other Software Engineers across the full software lifecycle.
  • Solve tough engineering challenges - debugging, fixing, and integrating software across multiple baselines.
