We're a team that's focused on growth and innovation, and we're proud that our crew, products, and leadership are being recognized for it.

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

As a member of our Field Service team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our mobile surveillance units (MSU) throughout Southern California. This will include travel. This position must be a responsible and trustworthy individual. You will work independently and together with a team in various locations and situations.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute travel and work on flexible schedules, including occasional nights, weekends, and under varying weather conditions as operational needs dictate.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of parts to support efficient service operations.
  • Support and work on ad-hoc projects and team initiatives as needed.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Ability to work overtime as operational needs dictate.
  • Technical proficiency utilizing shop tools and basic mathematical competency to accurately read a measuring tape, log physical inventory counts, and track unit-specific maintenance paperwork.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting while maintaining a positive, professional appearance and clear communication.
  • Physical agility to bend, kneel, reach, crouch, manipulate units, and lift or transport up to 70 lbs. of physical equipment or parts.

Licensing, Screenings, & Compliance (Post-Offer):

  • Driver's License & Driving Record: Must possess and maintain a valid California Class C Driver's License. Position requires maintaining an insurable driving record with minimal violations on a 3-year MVR that meets company safety guidelines and commercial auto insurance underwriting standards.
  • Background & DMV Screening: A post-offer motor vehicle record (MVR) pull is required for this position due to the driving and trailer transport responsibilities. Pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act and applicable local ordinances, any employer-mandated background checks or criminal history reviews will only be conducted after a conditional offer of employment has been made. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in a manner consistent with the requirements of the California Fair Chance Act and other applicable local and state laws.
  • Drug Testing: Position is subject to a post-offer, pre-employment controlled substances drug screen.
  • Alarm Company Employee Registration: This role must possess or be able to secure an Alarm Company Employee (ACE) registration.

How You'll Be Successful:

A dependable, trustworthy, and safe individual will be the most successful in this role.
