Now Hiring: Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) | Roseburg, OR | 2025-2026 School Year

Hello SLIs!

Your next school-based opportunity awaits in the Roseburg, OR area! Ampersand Therapy, a woman and therapist run company, is hiring a Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year.
We’re looking for a dedicated and collaborative therapist who is passionate about helping young learners thrive in the school setting.

Position Details:

  • Position: Sign Language Interpreter (SLI)
  • Schedule: 1.0 FTE, 37.5 hours per week, M-F
  • Location: Roseburg, OR 
  • Dates: ASAP-June 4th with potential for renewal 
  • In-person only!!

Qualifications:

  • Current or eligible for Oregon SLI Certification/Licensure
  • Passing score of 3.5 or above on the Educational Interpreting Performance Assessment (EIPA) performance test; or
  • Hold RID National Interpreting Certification, RID Certificate of Interpretation or RID Certificate of Transliteration
  • Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
