Job description

Overview

Full Time Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW or LPC) -ย Port Lavaca, TX

Signet Health is currently recruiting a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist for the outpatient senior adult program at Memorial Medical Center.ย 

This is a Monday-Friday, day-shift position.ย 

Signet Health offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package with a salary range of $65 - $75k.ย  ย 

ย RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide mental health counseling to individuals, groups, and families
  • Conducts initial assessments.
  • Provides crisis intervention as needed.
  • Assures maintenance of all case files and other records in strict compliance with policy and CMS regulations.
  • Coordinates treatment planning.
  • Assist with referral development and community education.
Requirements/Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling
  • State clinical licensure or license-eligible in the state of TX.ย 
  • A minimum of two years of related work experience highly desired
