Signet Health is currently hiring for Intake Mental Health Technicians for our program at Permian Behavioral, Midland TX.  

All shifts are 12 hours

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Patient Care & Safety: Assisting with daily activities, monitoring for behavioral changes, and managing safety in high-stakes environments.
  • Clinical Support: Administering medication, taking vitals, and assisting with treatments under the supervision of nurses or doctors.
  • Crisis Management: Managing and de-escalating patients in psychiatric crises.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Certificate or associate degree in nursing, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in psychiatric care or with the criminal justice system. 
  • Familiarity with patient monitoring systems and medical equipment.
