Signature Retail Services is hiring a Part-Time Route Merchandising Associate in the Campbell, CA market!

Route Territory Coverage:
This route services store locations in Milpitas, San Jose, San Martin, East Palo Alto, and surrounding areas. Regular travel throughout the territory is essential for this role.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Travel independently throughout an assigned territory using your personal vehicle to service designated store locations.
  • Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.
  • Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays to enhance product visibility and presentation.
  • Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and ensure products are fully stocked and customer-ready.
  • Partner with store personnel to assess inventory levels, recommend replenishment needs, and place product orders as needed.
  • Serve as a product expert by providing knowledgeable support to store associates and customers, answering questions, and sharing product information.
  • Maintain a professional presence while representing both Signature Retail Services and our client partners in store.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Live within approximately 30 minutes of the assigned territory.
  • Proof of a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
  • Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between assigned store locations throughout the route.
  • Possess a smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access to support daily communication and reporting requirements.
  • Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required. We offer paid weekday training for motivated candidates!
  • This role involves frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and ladder use, as well as the ability to regularly lift and move materials or products weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
