Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for industrial equipment and hands-on solutions? Join our team as an Outside Sales Account Manager and take charge of a well-established territory. You'll be responsible for expanding business through direct sales and service of high-performance fluid process equipment with full support from a trusted brand and technical team behind you.
 
This position will manage a sales territory targeting Eastern, WI and surrounding areas. 
Experience, Education and Skills
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in related area of study is preferred
  • 2+ years of industrial sales experience, preferably in fluid process, fluid handling or fluid filtration systems
  • Previous experience selling industrial pumps, seals and/or pump repair services is beneficial
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Suite of office products and ability to learn and effectively use a CRM system
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for on-site customer visits
Essential Functions
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting both new prospects and existing accounts
  • Drive full-cycle sales: from lead qualification and cold calls to product presentations, quoting, and closing deals
  • Promote and sell a wide range of fluid handling, rotating equipment, pumps, seals, and related services
  • Build lasting customer relationships through regular on-site visits and expert service
  • Collaborate with a knowledgeable inside sales and technical support team to exceed customer expectations
  • Leverage CRM tools and other resources to manage your time, territory, and pipeline effectively
