Job description

Under general supervision, designs and hand-letters various types of signs and displays for use in recreation programs throughout the city; makes signs for all special events held on Boston Common and other locations; supervises and instructs a small group of apprentice painters in this specialized field; performs related duties as required. 2 years of experience required in related work. Must be a resident of the city of Boston.
