  • Lead multiple business integration and operational readiness projects from planning through execution.
  • Develop and manage project charters, project plans, work breakdown structures, and project schedules.
  • Define and manage project scope in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and quality plans to support successful project delivery.
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate communication plans and provide project updates to stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Incorporate stakeholder and end-user feedback into project planning and execution activities.
  • Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other business functions to support product and process launch activities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, program management, engineering, manufacturing, operations, or other related technical roles.
  • Experience using project management and project planning tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Plan, or similar project scheduling tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • PMP certification, PMP diploma, or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations, product launches, business integrations, or operational readiness initiatives (preferred).
