ABOUT THE POSITION:

Turning Point Action is looking to hire a Graphic Designer at our national headquarters in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be able to provide an extensive portfolio, showing their unique abilities to make eye-catching, youth-driven, high quality graphics in a fast-paced environment.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years Graphic Design experience
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, & Illustrator)
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to prioritize and organize several simultaneous projects
  • Punctual and very responsive
  • Willingness to fulfill all duties listed and any additional duties assigned
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Google Drive (Google Docs, Sheets)
  • Passion for conservative ideas and principles
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic and goal-oriented
  • Self-starter and self-motivated
  • Innovative nature & desire to try new things and learn
  • Understanding of different design criteria (print bleeds, large format printing, dimensions, etc.)
