Job description

Here is a list if you come with no sign shop experience:
  • Experience in construction, manufacturing or any trade type job
  • You have to be good with a tape measure and able to do math to get the final result accurate
  • Be proficient with tools: drills, saws, levels light construction skills
  • Ability to climb a ladder up to 20 feet high or use a bucket lift and scissor lift up to 40 feet high

Job Summary: 
Our Sign Shop Production Operator and Installer's work closely with our sales team to deliver signage to our customers that wow and drive customers to their business. 
Responsibility Overview: 
  • Understanding of signage and graphics media and substrates.
  • Operation of sign production and finishing equipment.
  • Prepare substrates for application. This may include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, and maintaining the substrates for application.
  • Install vinyl graphics on walls, windows and floors. 
  • Perform finishing operations such as laminating, mounting and kitting of m
  • Install signs at customer locations as directed.
  • Some overtime may be required

Skills we are looking for:
  • Valid driver's license/clean driving record is a must
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs., work with power tools, and use a ladder comfortably
  • Presentable, dependable, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Must be motivated, energetic, and able to problem solve on site
  • Working indoors and outside in all types of weather conditions
  • Regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting.

Skills desired, but not required:
  • Vehicle wrap installation experience is a plus. But can be trained.
