What You'll Do:
  • Inspect and prepare tires for the retreading process.
  • Operate specialized retreading equipment to buff, repair, and reapply new tread to tires.
  • Ensure all retreaded tires meet quality and safety standards.
  • Maintain and clean work areas, tools, and machinery.
  • Follow company safety protocols and procedures.
  • Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines
