The Role
This role owns daily production execution on the floor. You will take the production job queue, keep multiple machines and jobs moving, fit in maintenance and cleaning tasks, and produce finished work with speed, quality, and efficiency. This is a hands-on role for someone who can think ahead, manage multiple priorities without getting overloaded, and keep output moving without avoidable mistakes. You understand the difference between busy and productive.
You will report to the Production Manager and work laterally with the Operations/Project Coordinator. The right person for this seat is fast, detail-oriented, technically minded, and highly independent within their lane. This is for someone who naturally leans forward, anticipates the next move, and flat-out Gets Stuff Done.
Primary Responsibilities
Production Execution
  • Own daily output across active jobs on the production floor
  • Run wide-format production work across signage, graphics, and architectural film/artwork projects
  • Juggles multiple jobs, machines, and priorities moving efficiently throughout the day while shifting gears when priorities change.
  • Produce clean, accurate work without avoidable rework

Equipment and Shop Flow
  • Set up, operate, and maintain roll printers, flatbed printers, laminators, plotters, and CNC cutter/router equipment
  • Monitor machine behavior and make smart adjustments to protect quality and throughput
  • Complete daily cleaning and routine maintenance as part of normal production flow
  • Keep the production space clean, organized, and ready to run

Finishing and Quality
  • Execute finishing and fabrication tasks required to complete work accurately and on time
  • Catch, report and fix issues early before they become wasted material, lost time, or missed deadlines
  • Maintain strong attention to detail across production, finishing, packaging, and readiness for next steps
  • Follow production standards that protect consistency, quality, and speed

Team Execution
  • Communicate laterally with the Operations/Project Coordinator to keep work moving cleanly
  • Train and task future Production Assistant hires as the team grows
  • Stay ahead of the next step instead of waiting to be told what to do
  • Bring urgency, reliability, and follow-through to the floor every day

You'll work on visible, real-world projects using professional large-format production equipment to produce graphics and signage that show up in businesses, campuses, vehicles, and public spaces throughout the region. This is a fast-moving role for someone who likes hands-on work, real output, and a day that rewards pace, precision, and initiative.
Requirements
  • Print production experience with relevant machines, software, and fabrication/finishing techniques, or experience in high-volume, short-run custom manufacturing with multiple machines and frequent setups
  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to work on your feet for a full 8-hour shift
