We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Signage customer service and Installation specialist to join our team.
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage the full cycle of signage projects from client consultation through installation. The ideal candidate will have experience with vinyl graphics installation and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Work with provided leads to solve client signage challenges
• Consult with clients to understand project requirements and scope
• Create accurate cost estimates for signage projects
• Purchase necessary graphics and materials
• Install vinyl graphics in various settings (ground-level to ladder height only)
• Maintain regular communication with clients throughout projects
• Communicate status of pipeline to mangement
Requirements
• Note: Sign MAKING skills are not required for this position
Previous experience installing window and wall graphics or similar applications a must
• Strong customer engagement skills from previous positions
• Experience working in a print/signage shop (preferred)
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license
