Job description

Madison Medical Resort is hiring a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our in-house therapy team. This is a full-time position operating on a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with standard 8-hour daily shifts. Our clinical caseload consists of short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents requiring cognitive-communication and dysphagia management.


Therapy documentation is managed using NetHealth software to keep daily charting straightforward and efficient. You will work directly alongside our on-site therapy staff and rehab leadership in a fully equipped therapy gym.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting rate of $50–$55/hr based on experience, with higher rates considered for advanced clinical background.
  • $2,500 Sign-On Bonus.

Essential Qualifications
