Eligible for a $500 sign on bonus after completing 90 days of employment





Eligible for an additional stipend based on the following certification:

  • EIPA Elementary      $1,000 added to annual salary
  • EIPA Secondary       $1,000 added to annual salary
  • Level II Professional or National Certification    $3,000 added to annual salary
    • If this stipend applies, the EIPA stipend will not apply
       

Eligible to work additional hours at a higher hourly rate

Benefit eligible employees are automatically members of the Utah Retirement Systems (URS). This means that the District contributes into the URS plan on your behalf each month.
