We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Sign Fabrication Specialist to join our team. This full-time, on-site position involves the creation, assembly, and installation of various types of commercial signs. The ideal candidate will have experience in sign fabrication, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial sign fabrication and installation.

  • Proficiency with tools and machinery used in sign making.

  • 1-2 years of experience in sign fabrication preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time (6 hours or more)

  • Ability to lift 50 or more pounds

  • Flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back and forth hand motion to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate

  • Ability to work under pressure to output high volume, high-quality work

  • Ability to use light power equipment

You Will Understand
  • Understanding measurements and manufacturing processes.

  • Working with rigid materials to create custom signage.

  • Cutting, Routing, Paint Prep, Sanding, Metal Work, Welding, Paint Mixing.

  • Operate and maintain equipment such as C.N.C Router, Grinders, Welders, Shear, etc.

  • Follow a layout to place dimensional or full-color graphic image(s) on a predetermined substrate or medium

  • Prepare substrates for vinyl application to include sanding, cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning, etc.

  • Fabrication of metal and other rigid substrates to complete sign builds. (Aluminum, Steel).

  • Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a Work

  • Order and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standards.

  • Maintaining a safe work environment when working with tools, drills, and cutters.

  • Perform finishing operations such as pre-package after paint has cured and prepare for installation.
