What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Complete all general electrical in-home, service calls.
  • Establish customer trust and rapport to provide the best options regarding the right products and services.
  • Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.

What You’ll Need to Be Successful Day One:

  • A deep desire to deliver the best products and services to our customers.
  • Sales and estimating experience with a hunger to control your earning potential.
  • At least 3+ years of progressive experience and at least 1 year in residential electrical
  • Experience leading your own jobs or service calls.
  • Alignment with Chesapeake Electric’s core values (LIGHT)
  • Journeyman License is preferred and required for sign-on bonus qualifications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
  • A valid driver’s license and must be insurable.
