Responsibilities
โ€ข Lead a 2-3 person crew in installing residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and accessories.
โ€ข Ensure all installations meet Confident Comfort's quality standards, manufacturer specifications, and local building codes.
โ€ข Train, coach, and mentor install helpers/apprentices on proper techniques, safety, and professionalism.
โ€ข Manage jobsite workflow, time, and materials to complete installations on schedule.
โ€ข Communicate effectively with customers about the installation process, system operation, and warranty information.
โ€ข Perform final quality control checks, startup tests, and system commissioning.
โ€ข Complete all required paperwork and digital documentation in Housecall Pro (or company software).
โ€ข Maintain clean, organized work vehicles and ensure tools are in good working condition.
โ€ข Uphold safety standards and enforce OSHA/company guidelines on all job sites.
โ€ข Work collaboratively with office staff, dispatch, and warehouse to ensure efficient job completion.
โ€ข Identify opportunities for system upgrades, ductwork improvements, and IAQ add-ons, and communicate them to the Comfort Advisor or office.

Qualifications
