Summary of Position:

Are you self-motivated and can see the big picture? The primary responsibility of a Lead Installer is to install graphics and business signs that meet our client’s needs. We are a fast-paced high-volume sign manufacturer serving many well-known businesses in the local area and provide dynamic products on very-fast deadlines. Our work changes all the time, and no two days are ever the same. We offer a pleasant, air-conditioned workplace with friendly, dedicated staff.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Install signs and graphics off-premises as needed.
  • Assemble vinyl graphics, banners, and other business related signs.
  • Trim, prep, laminate, and mount graphics with accuracy.
  • Read and follow detailed work-orders and verbal directions.
  • Work at a rapid pace, but with accuracy.
  • Focus on tasks to achieve required production deadlines.
  • Interact with clients in a courteous, professional manner as a representative of our brand.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Positive attitude and pride in your work.
  • Ability to work well independently, and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail, quality control, and timeliness are a must.
  • Ability to take accurate measurements and calculate with fractions.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Off-site sign installations may involve heavy lifting, digging, climbing ladders, and exposure to the elements.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Sign industry experience is required.
  • Vehicle wrap experience is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

  • Clean, valid driver's license.
  • Must speak, read, and write fluent English.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Background screening, reference check and pre-employment drug testing are required.
