• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand each client’s unique background and challenges, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate client well-being and ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in compliance with regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality is upheld at all times.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care and create comprehensive treatment strategies that support all clients' needs.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, coping strategies, and resources available within the community, empowering them to take an active role in their healing journey.
• Stay current with developments in mental health research, incorporating new findings into practice to enhance methodologies and outcomes.

This position focuses on a diverse clientele, including individuals suffering from trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. Our clients come from various backgrounds and age groups, necessitating a flexible approach tailored to their specific cultural, emotional, and psychological needs. As an LCSW, your role will be pivotal in fostering resilience and creating change in their lives.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current, valid LCSW license in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years' clinical experience in a similar role, ideally within the mental health sector.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapeutic interventions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, family members, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Exemplary problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities to address complex client needs.

• Experience working within a community health setting, particularly with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation requirements in a clinical setting.
• Previous involvement in multidisciplinary treatment teams is a plus.
