Job description

We're seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing campaigns across various channels, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions. You'll be instrumental in building our online presence and generating leads to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, social media, email) to achieve KPIs.

Content Creation: Write compelling copy for web, social media, emails, and blogs; manage content calendars.

Website Management: Optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rates (CRO).

SEO/SEM: Conduct keyword research, optimize content for search engines, and manage PPC campaigns.

Social Media: Build and manage social media presence, engaging with communities.

Email Marketing: Create and distribute newsletters and targeted email campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting: Track metrics (traffic, conversions, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics; report on performance and insights.

Collaboration: Work with design, sales, and other teams to align efforts and create integrated campaigns.

Innovation: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and evaluate new technologies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing roles.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email, and social media.

Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and project management skills.
