Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a Signals Intelligence ( SIGINT) Analyst to support the U.S. Army Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (TENCAP) program. The successful candidate will provide assessments and evaluations on performance and feasibility of existing and proposed Terrestrial, Aerial, and Space-based SIGINT components of Army TENCAP architectures, including identification of performance, cost, and schedule risk, and prepare recommendations for consideration . The Operations Specialist will participate in forums with external organizations concerning employment, acquisition, and development of SIGINT collection, processing exploitation, and dissemination systems . The chosen candidate will also r ecommend and evaluate SIGINT policy, architecture, requirements, and system development decisions for client staff and participate in the SIGINT portions of New Equipment Training (NET) and refresher training.
