CMM Programmer | Join Our Quality Team Are you passionate about precision measurement, advanced manufacturing technology, and continuous improvement? We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to join our growing Quality team. In this role, you will work with state-of-the-art Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards and customer specifications.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys solving technical challenges, working with engineering drawings, and playing a key role in delivering world-class products to customers

 What You'll Do

  • Develop and optimize Zeiss CMM programs for production and inspection activities.
  • Interpret customer drawings, blueprints, specifications, and GD&T requirements.
  • Validate first article inspections and production parts to ensure dimensional accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and improve measurement processes to support quality and manufacturing teams.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and coordinate repairs when necessary.
  • Communicate inspection results, quality concerns, and program changes across departments and shifts.
  • Support on-time delivery goals by effectively scheduling CMM activities.
  • Maintain quality records, production documentation, and compliance with quality management systems.
  • Review and verify shop-floor drawings created from customer specifications.
  • Continuously improve processes and contribute ideas that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

 What You Bring to the Team 
Education & Knowledge

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of CMM programming or operation experience.
  • Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.
  • Knowledge of precision measuring equipment, including Calipers, Micrometers and Comparators 
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to maintain digital records.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Skills & Abilities 

  • Experience with Zeiss CMM systems.
  • Manufacturing or aerospace machining experience.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation control.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to make sound decisions and solve technical problems
