We are seeking a motivated Mid Ticket Direct Originator to join our Commercial Finance Healthcare Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, negotiating, and closing Mid-Ticket to lower Large Ticket Healthcare Equipment Customers in Florida. This role requires developed sales acumen, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to the Head of Sales of the Healthcare Finance team in the US. If you have a minimum of 10 years of equipment finance experience and are looking to take the next step in your career, apply and join us!

We are looking for a Healthcare Mid Ticket Direct Originator, Siemens Commercial Finance, and this is a remote position based in the state of Florida.

The Commercial Finance (COF) team is a business unit of SFS. We leverage our long-term relationship and technology know-how to create integrated financial solutions that complement Siemens as well as third-party vendors.

You’ll make an impact by :

  • Identify and originate mid-ticket commercial equipment transactions

  • Maintain appropriate account information and an ongoing pipeline in our CRM.

  • Developing and growing relationships with healthcare providers across Florida.

  • Partnering with Siemens Healthineers sales teams to structure financing solutions that support customer objectives.

  • Identifying new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.

  • Managing a portfolio of financing opportunities from prospecting through contract execution.

  • Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline and accurate forecasts.

  • Collaborating with underwriting, operations, legal, and commercial teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

  • Representing Siemens Financial Services at customer meetings, industry events, and executive briefings.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years’ leasing/finance experience.

  • 10+ years of experience in account development, direct originations, or a similar role.

  • 10+ years of origination experience in the following equipment categories: Healthcare equipment and technology

  • 10+ years of experience with reviewing financial statements, leasing documents, and requirements.

  • Ability and willingness to travel, meet with clients/prospects, attend industry events and conferences, as needed.

  • Functional knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.

  • 10+ years of experience with leasing pricing software such as Supertrump.

  • Must reside in the state of Florida.

  • Authorized to work in the US without the need for company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to provide solutions and address customer needs.

  • The pay range for this position is $91,463-$156,794, and the annual incentive target is 100% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
